Welcome to AndamanMasti.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our travel services and website. By booking with us or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking Process and Confirmation

1.1 Quotation Validity

All quoted rates and package prices are valid for 60 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Package costs may vary based on seasonality, availability, and market conditions.

1.2 Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking with AndamanMasti.com, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Pay the required advance amount (typically 40-60% of the total package cost) as communicated during our discussion and share transaction details for confirmation.

Step 2: Provide clear copies of government-issued photo identification for all travelers, including Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport. These documents are mandatory for ferry bookings and forest permits.

Step 3: Share complete flight itinerary details (arrival and departure) to finalize arrangements and avoid any inconvenience.

Step 4: Provide full names, ages, and gender of all travelers as they appear on identification documents.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Schedule

  • Advance Payment: 40-60% of total package cost required for booking confirmation
  • Balance Payment: Remaining amount must be paid 48 hours before departure or in cash upon arrival in Andaman
  • Urgent Bookings: For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 60% advance payment required

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept electronic bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments up to ₹2,00,000. Credit/Debit card payments accepted through our secure payment gateway (processing fees may apply).

2.3 Flight Bookings

For packages including flights, full payment for airfare is required immediately upon booking due to fare fluctuations and airline policies.

3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

3.2 Special Conditions

  • Peak Season (December 20 – January 10): 100% cancellation charges apply regardless of timing
  • Premium Accommodations: For luxury resorts and premium hotels, 100% cancellation charges apply once advance payment is made
  • Flight Packages: No refund for flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling at any time after booking
  • Processing Fee: ₹3,000 per person administrative fee applies to all cancellations

3.3 Weather and Operational Cancellations

If activities or ferry services are cancelled due to weather conditions or government restrictions, we will provide suitable alternatives. However, no monetary refunds will be provided for such operational changes.

4. Accommodation and Services

4.1 Hotel Categories

Hotel categories (Standard, Deluxe, Premium, Luxury) refer to property classification, not room types. Base pricing includes standard room categories. Room upgrades due to availability constraints may incur additional charges.

4.2 Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-out (8:00 AM) is common in Andaman islands. Additional charges may apply for late check-out or day-use rooms.

4.3 Alternative Arrangements

If specified hotels are unavailable, we will provide comparable alternatives. Any cost differences will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

5. Transportation and Activities

5.1 Ferry Operations

All inter-island ferry services are subject to weather conditions and government clearances. Alternative arrangements will be made for cancelled ferries, but no refunds will be provided for operational delays or cancellations.

5.2 Water Activities

All water sports and marine activities are weather-dependent. Complimentary activities that cannot be conducted due to weather or operational reasons will not be refunded.

5.3 Itinerary Modifications

Our representatives reserve the right to modify itineraries based on weather conditions, ferry availability, and operational requirements. Daily updates will be provided when necessary.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1 Documentation

Andaman & Nicobar Islands require valid government-issued photo identification for all visitors. Acceptable documents include:

  • Indian Passport
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID Card

6.2 Restricted Area Permits

Certain areas require special permits. We will assist in obtaining necessary permits, but approval is subject to government discretion.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Third-Party Services

We act as intermediaries for hotels, transportation, and activity providers. Guests must comply with third-party terms and conditions. We are not liable for services provided by external vendors.

7.2 Personal Belongings

AndamanMasti.com assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

7.3 Personal Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who:

  • Engage in inappropriate behavior or harassment
  • Violate local laws or regulations
  • Pose safety risks to other guests or staff
  • Continuously disregard company policies

8. Force Majeure

In events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic situations, civil unrest, or other force majeure events, we may cancel or modify bookings. In such cases:

  • Immediate notification will be provided
  • Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy
  • Credit notes valid for 12 months may be issued for future travel

9. Data Privacy and Protection

9.1 Information Collection

We collect personal information necessary for booking processing, including contact details, identification documents, and travel preferences.

9.2 Information Use

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Processing bookings and providing services
  • Communication regarding your trip
  • Improving our services
  • Periodic promotional communications (with consent)

9.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
